*EDIT FOR WBAW’S SAKE: I meant to say “push press,” not OHP. This is just how my instructor for weight training tells us to do it. Although I have watched a few videos and apparently it is common to do it from the chest. When I get out of class, I’ll be lifting independently. Do you think it would be best to press from my chest?
